DIY – Build with a Contractor

Want to take on your own home improvement project without figuring everything out on your own? DIY – Build with a Contractor lets you do the work yourself while receiving professional contractor guidance from start to finish.

Whether you're remodeling a bathroom, finishing a basement, building a deck, renovating a kitchen, or even adding an addition to your home, we'll help you understand how to approach the project before you start.

We'll begin with an on-site project walkthrough to discuss your goals, evaluate the project, develop an approach, and walk you through the proper sequence of work. We'll discuss materials, tools, construction methods, potential challenges, and important considerations specific to your project.

Once construction begins, RAHicks Improvements can stay involved along the way. At key stages, we'll review your progress, answer questions, help troubleshoot problems, and walk you through what comes next.

You Do the Work. We Guide the Build.
