We will visit your property, visually review the specific area or repair concern, discuss the issue with you, and evaluate it from a contractor's perspective. Following the visit, you will receive a written Repair Assessment outlining our observations, the recommended scope of repair, and the steps we believe should be taken to properly address the issue.
